After many dedicated years of providing compassionate care to the Montgomery community, Dr. J. Allen Meadows will be retiring and transitioning away from practicing medicine full-time, and Dr. Sumana Reddy has decided to pursue other opportunities outside of the AllerVie Health network. We have greatly enjoyed being a part of the Montgomery community, and we thank you for entrusting us with your care!

Due to these provider transitions and other unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our AllerVie Health – Montgomery clinic location, effective April 28, 2023.

Please know that even though we are closing this clinic, we are still committed to ensuring you have a smooth transition of care. If you’d like to transfer your allergy or biologic injections to another practice in the area, please call us to complete the appropriate paperwork by April 21, 2023.
