Owner, Liz Campbell retired as an Air Force nurse in 2008, and enrolled in yoga teacher training. She moved back to Montgomery in 2009 and began teaching. In 2013 she opened Yoga Gem. Yoga Gem enjoys the expertise of 9 yoga teachers. We encourage your to “Come with the Body You Have”. Our studio levels classes to ensure beginners find a place to enter a healthy, helpful practice that helps students manage stress as they build healthier bodies.
