Pediatric Cardiology of Montgomery was established in 2000, as the first Pediatric Cardiology office in central Alabama. Our physicians, Dr. Barton Cook and Dr. Gerardo Gonzalez are board certified in Pediatric Cardiology. We don't post personal or confidential information regarding any patient and ask that you not either. NEW PATIENT: Patients are scheduled during business hours by calling 612- 2111 to make an appointment. It is usually best for your referring doctor to call and make the appointment so that we can obtain the necessary medical information. When the appointment is made, we will need all of the patient’s personal information: full name, DOB, SSN, home address, at least 2 phone contact numbers and current insurance information.
