If you do nothing else, put deep breathing and gentle stretching on your schedule. We all breathe, but we aren't purposeful with our breath. I lost lung capacity following a severe case of pneumonia. Part of my recovery was take 5 deep breaths every 15 minutes while awake. I also did gentle stretching in the morning and evening. When oxygen is low, muscles suffer. Tight muscles equal loss of flexibility. My recovery took a year and I was only 34 years old. Tell me how you are incorporating these in your life. Need help? Drop BREATH in the comments.

When you look in the mirror, have you connected your physical health with your emotional state? There are many physical symptoms directly related to your emotions. I learned this the hard way. My sugar addiction to milk chocolate was related to grief which led not only to weight gain but chronic lung issues in the way of asthmatic bronchitis. If you can relate, drop Me in the comments.
