I value nice people and excellent customer service. I looked at reviews for all the local offices first when trying to find the best orthodontist. A young woman told me about her horrible experience with her doctor while I was doing my search. I kept reading the reviews, even though I was getting anxious. I am aware that occasionally reading about other people's experiences will be very beneficial. I discovered Smart Smiles. The fact that it was near our house and that they were fantastic made it appealing to me.

Prior to discussing my reasons for awarding Smart Smiles "five stars," allow me to share my personal encounter with Dr. Smart. Although I don't know much about him personally, he did a great job treating my children as their doctor. He sat with us and went over everything. It seemed to me that he was genuinely concerned, rather than merely making a sales pitch. If there were any issues at all during the kids' entire journey, I had a personal phone conversation with him. I have never personally spoken with a doctor over the phone, nor have I heard of any of them doing so. He takes his time answering any questions you may have.

Dr. Smart illustrates himself as a Christian. It raises the bar for me because he is so genuine, respectful, and considerate. His demeanor remains the same when we see him outside of work. These days, people don't have any manners at all, let alone decent bedside manners, so I'll be honest. Because he treats everyone with the same kindness, he is the doctor who is worth traveling to. Despite the fact that this is his business, he prioritizes treating people with kindness and respect. I adore the fact that he stands by his work. People can be shysters most of the time, but I promise we didn't get this from him.

Montgomery's bustling neighborhoods are distant from Smart Smiles. I think Dr. Smart has high expectations for his staff and office. I think it's great that he expects the same decency from his employees as it is from him. The front desk staff is fantastic, and the office is always spotless. I had a lot of encounters with unhappy, inconsiderate, and frequently inexperienced office secretaries and receptionists, but I never experienced this here. The remarkable change in my children's teeth is amazing. I only give credit where credit is due. Both the cost and the trip are justified by them.
