As the school year kicks off, it’s common to see a rise in viruses spreading among children — and stomach bugs (gastroenteritis) are no exception. These pesky illnesses can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration, especially during the colder months.
Here are a few tips to help your child bounce back quickly:

🚫 Skip dairy and sugary drinks for a few days to ease their tummy 🍼
