April isn't just about spring flowers—it's also National Minority Health Month (NMHM)! 🌷 This month is a time to raise awareness about health disparities that continue to affect people from racial and ethnic minority groups and encourage action through health education, early detection, and control of disease complications.

At The Wellness Coalition, we're stepping up to improve breastfeeding rates for African American moms and babies, promoting adult vaccination, and tackling chronic disease prevention and management. Plus, we have a ton of free resources and services for healthy living and wellness.
