You’re never too old. This lovely 84 year old just wanted to see better. She had a a documented visual field defect by her ophthalmologist meaning she couldn’t see in particular directions because of the excess tissue above her eye. These are the only cosmetic cases that can be covered by insurance. I don’t take medical insurance. My partner Dr. ivory does. If anyone has a similar DOCUMENTED visual field defect he would be more than happy to do it for you. She was ok with the cost and having me do it so we lifted her brow and removed the excess eyelid skin. Crazy enough I didn’t do anything to lift her upper eyelid. Her eyes are just that open under the brow ptosis and and excess upper eyelid skin. Other crazy fact she has one of the fastest recoveries of any of my recent patients.

This one was mainly about the neck and jawline as these were her primary areas of aging. I get asked all the time do I do cosmetic procedure on darker skin types? It’s probably 20 percent of my practice! There definitely are a few tricks to it and to be hypercritical on this one near her tragus the incision line is little hypopigmented. We usually offer repigmentation to the patient if they want it, however she said she was happy and deferred.

1. Rolled down and asymmetric upper lip- lip lift and permanent cosmetic
2. Lack of lip volume - lip filler
3. Mucosa and skin quality - co2 and nanofat

Combine all of this and you get a beutiful lip with great proportions that brings a sense of sensuality to the whole face.
