Peace of Mind Reiki® offers a full spectrum of massage services, sessions, training, and retreats. Utilizing the harmonizing influence of sound and energy medicine, sessions focus on supporting the body’s innate wisdom to balance and heal. Trainings offer attendees a solid history of Reiki, as well as being taught the tools and techniques for a strong personal Reiki practice. Retreats incorporate yoga, meditation and training to allow attendees a full spectrum of tools, practice and confidence. Leslie Jose LMT/ARMT is trained as a Massage Therapist and Usui/Karuna®/Jikiden Advanced Reiki Master Teacher. She has studied with a variety of teachers in Massage, Reiki, Sound Healing and other techniques. She brings over 25 years of passion for health and personal growth to her practice at Peace Of Mind Reiki & Massage. Her love of, and experience in, the natural world, as well as her years of service in the geriatric and health/fitness fields, bring a quality to her Sessions, Retreats and Trainings that support health, personal awareness, comfort, and confidence.
