Today was something special!

So proud of every single person who showed up and pushed themselves at our First ever Level Up Games. This wasn’t about competition—it was about showing up for yourself and proving you can do hard things.

The energy in the gym was unreal. Looking around and seeing everyone dig deep and keep going when it wasn’t easy…is nothing short of amazing.

Thank you to our counters, family, and friends who showed up and brought the noise—you made a bigger impact than you probably realize. That support matters.

This is exactly what Burn is about. Showing up for yourself, supporting each other, and proving you’re capable of more.

💪 We're excited to recognize Shannon as our Member of the Month!

Shannon shows up every day with a smile and consistently puts in the work. Since starting, she’s made incredible progress and never backs down from a challenge. She’s always cheering on others and brings a positive energy that makes camp better for everyone there.

In Shannon’s words:
“I joined Burn in February 2025 on a Commit to Fit Promotion. I had heard a lot of friends loving it and was hooked right away. I love the community and trainers who are dedicated to pushing you and helping you improve—it’s not just another fitness class. I have since shed 40 lbs and am in the best shape of my life.”

🌟Transformation Tuesday🌟

Shannon’s journey is a reminder that fitness evolves—and strength isn’t just built physically, but mentally every step of the way.

Prior to joining Burn in January 2019, I was pretty active.  I ran a lot and actually taught spin class for a few years. I knew about Burn from the OG in the house – Kaitlyn Collins!  Kaitlyn’s transformation was amazing and during the summer of 2018, she kicked my butt at an outdoor boot camp session in Maine.  I could run, but Kaitlyn had all these other cool moves I was jealous of – plank jacks, squat jumps, push-ups.  I was intrigued about joining but summer was soon over, schedules returned to being crazy and I figured I was fine with my “just go for a run” fitness mentality. Strength training was something I did randomly.  If I ran on the treadmill at my gym, I’d randomly walk around the nautilus equipment and pick a few machines to “work out” on.  I didn’t believe I needed to weight train because I was so cardio focused.  The reality hit me in December of 2018.  The flu got me. Hard.  Recovering on the couch I saw one of the January RESET programs – Raise the Bar.  I went for it.
I will never forget that 9 am Saturday “gen-pop” class.  I was terrified.  It was a partner work out and I was luckily paired with someone who didn’t judge my inability to squat jack correctly.  I soon had my first focus meeting, got my first piece of Burn merch, learned the difference between strength and cardio days, and never looked back.  Seriously.

I cannot believe the transformation my body went through. For me, it was never the number on the scale and since I always ran or did spinning, I correlated that with being “fit.”  That first MetCon day made me realize I had a lot to learn about being fit, but it’s my favorite protocol now.  I started wearing tank tops again and I loved watching the muscle definition emerge.  My body transformed from January 2019 – March 2023, but then I had to shift gears again.
