Giving your retainers and aligners a deep clean helps remove buildup, keep them fresh, and protects your teeth and gums. 🪥🫧 Rinse them with cool or lukewarm water every time you take them out, gently brush with a soft toothbrush and clear soap, and soak them daily in retainer or aligner cleaning crystals.
