YOGABILITIES™: THURSDAY JUNE 9, 7pm
Adapted Yoga practice for individuals with special needs. Slower pace, more concrete language, some visuals. Breathwork, postures, relaxation. 50 minutes $10

CHAIR YOGA: MONDAY JUNE 13, 7pm
Gentle meditative practice done mostly seated in an armless chair, with some standing chair-assisted poses as well. Breathwork, stretches and asana, relaxation. 50 minutes $10

GENTLE YOGA: WEDNESDAY JUNE 15, 7pm
Gentle, well rounded, meditative and soothing practice. Breathwork, floor and standing asana, deep relaxation. Approx 70 minutes. $15

MEDITATION SAMPLER: WEDNESDAY JUNE 22, 7pm
We'll explore several types of meditation practice, ending with a deep relaxation. A very calming experience.Approx 70 minutes $15

YOGABILITIES™
This class is designed for individuals with special needs who can benefit from simple, clear instruction and more visual supports. Deep breathing, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation.
7 pm, 50 minutes, $10

THURSDAY JUNE 24 :
GUIDED RELAXATION/VISUALIZATION for HEALING
This 30 minute class is designed to address any area of your body or your life that needs healing. After a few minutes of stretching, you’ll be sitting or lying comfortably while I guide you on a journey of peace and healing.
7pm 30 minutes, $10
