Front Desk Admin
Be the face of The Driven Athletics and create a welcoming, high-energy first impression for every athlete and family who walks through our doors. This role is responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-ins and registrations, answering calls/messages, and keeping the front area organized and running smoothly.
You’ll help families with class information, billing questions, and general communication while supporting coaches and staff behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, organized, and great at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
This position plays a key role in maintaining a positive gym culture and ensuring every athlete feels valued from the moment they arrive. Typical hours will be Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
Advanced Tumbling Coach
Lead and develop athletes working on higher-level tumbling skills in a safe, structured, energetic and positive environment. This coach should be confident teaching and spotting higher level standing and running tumbling while emphasizing proper technique and injury prevention.
Ninja Coach
Run high-energy ninja-style classes that combine elements of gymnastics, parkour, and obstacle training. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, keeping classes fun and engaging, and encouraging movement, coordination, and confidence. You’ll help design and lead circuits that challenge athletes while keeping safety a top priority.
Recreational Cheer Coach / Director
Oversee and coach recreational cheer programs with a focus on fundamentals, fun, and athlete development. This role involves teaching beginner stunting, motions, jumps, and basic tumbling while creating a positive and encouraging environment. The director aspect includes helping organize classes and showcases, support growth of the program, and ensure a great experience for athletes and families who want cheer without the full competitive commitment.
Head Summer Camp Counselor
Lead and manage summer camp programming, creating a fun, safe, and structured environment for all campers. This role includes planning daily activities, supervising staff and campers, and helping grow the camp program. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and great with kids, with the ability to take initiative and lead engaging experiences throughout the summer. Typical hours will be Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
