Progress in therapy doesn’t always look like huge breakthroughs or constant happiness.
Sometimes it looks like:
noticing your emotions sooner
setting healthier boundaries
speaking to yourself more gently
resting before burnout
allowing yourself to ask for support
Healing is rarely linear, and small changes still matter.
