Highlights from our Winter Family Fun Night ❄️ Families gathered in warmth and connection as we were able to provide self-care journals for participants to decorate and personalize. Through creativity and psychoeducation, we emphasized the importance of self-care in nurturing overall health and well-being. We were able to serve over 400 individuals/families. Community, healing, and hope in action 🤍

Our students at CORE engaged in a hands-on activity using playdough to represent emotions inspired by the characters from Inside Out 2. Through creative expression and guided discussion, students were encouraged to explore and identify their emotions, share which ones they resonate with most, and learn healthy ways to manage them!

These meaningful conversations support the development of emotional awareness and regulation — key skills for mental well-being and resilience 💛
