💼 What We Offer: ✔️ $70-75/hour (depending on experience) for direct therapy & documentation  ✔️ Health benefits: 50% employer-paid to start — 79% after 6 months  ✔️ Manageable caseloads (100 hrs/month) ✔️ Mileage reimbursement
