A journey through Romania turned out to be a journey through time, the country's, his family's, and now, ours. ✨
Sharing a few favorite photos from a trip that was about so much more than just sightseeing. It was about walking down grand avenues and imagining the history they hold. It was about moments that felt like we were getting married all over again, celebrating our own new chapter.
It was about seeing how traditions are still so alive, from the tools that built the to the incredible taste of vegetables picked straight from the family garden.
Most of all, it was about connection. The quiet beauty of history, and the loud, joyful moments of our two cultures coming together.
This trip was the most beautiful lesson: to understand the history that shapes the person you love is a gift. I am feeling endlessly grateful for this beautiful chapter where our stories are now intertwined.
