13 years of self discovery! That’s how long to get passed many obstacles and grow . I have been blessed with a strong resilient mindset. You have to push through no matter what. Do whatever it takes to create the life you want.
Be your own support system. Be resilient. Be humble. Start over as many times as needed.

Let’s look at some green flags today. Dating and relationships are work. A healthy relationship he/she doesn’t have to accept you for who you are.
You must be willing to change and grow for the better. Or don’t.

1. They respect your boundaries.

2. They get excited for you as you grow and conquer your goals.

3. Pay attention how they treat everyone.

4. You are not embarrassed or not analyzing yourself around them.

5. They give you space.

These are just a few to see in your partner. A relationship should not be a one way street.

After many years of working on myself first. I can now look for THE green flags and not feel guilty or suffocated in a healthy relationship.

As some of you may know as my side hustle I have the honor of working many local events as a catering server. Last week was a luncheon for Kickass Women of O.C.
I love watching women support and lift one another up. All the good vibes and was gifted this amazing smelling soy candle by There were a few men who also attended this event. Bottom line is how can you support your friends, family, co-workers today?

When you are a mom you will always want to protect your kids.

And the hardest part sometimes is letting go temporarily so that your grown kids figure THEIR life out. 3 years ago my heart broke. Addiction took over. If you are a parent and have been in my shoes you understand the emotional roller coaster. The worries, the sleepless nights, the unknown if she’s ok today. So as I let her go for a bit I took care of myself. I got guidance and support from people whom I trusted. It’s not a secret that addiction is a reality is some families. We just need our space to process something we can’t control. So today I just want to say my heart has healed as she too has been healing hers. Her journey is hers. I love you my daughter and so blessed you are out of the darkness. So to the family/friend who needed to hear this today. Love them from afar. They can return. It’s up to THEM. 😇

Let’s turn this change into excitement. I’m excited that you have chosen you! Your patterns are about to get interrupted so hold on as we start this new journey.
