πŸ’™ November is both and β€” a time to honor and uplift those who provide care, comfort, and compassion every day.

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s can be challenging, but small steps can make a big difference:
1️⃣ Pause and notice what might be wrong.
2️⃣ Take action to meet unmet needs.
3️⃣ Focus on the trigger, not the behavior.
4️⃣ Redirect with empathy and understanding.

🌿 When we lead with patience and awareness, we create calmer, more supportive moments for our loved ones.
