I am heading in a new direction. My office which has been closed to in person visits is now permanently closed. I will continue to consult on a part time bases via zoom. While I have had the opportunity to help many not only through consultations but also through classes, I am being drawn towards a bigger opportunity that is going to require a lot of time. Thank you to all of you that have supported me through this part of my journey. Excited for the new chapter!

As we slowly open back up, remember you have to be extra diligent with your health. If you have been completely self isolating your immune system is probably not as strong for it has been exposed to very little that it has had to fight. Don’t touch you face or eyes once you step outside of your home. Upon returning wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. Wash your face as well. Drink some warm water with lemon. Practice this every time you go out so that you can stay healthy!

As we get closer to opening up after COVID-19 it is imperative that we take extra care of ourselves. Staying away from people while it has helped us avoid getting the virus, has also lowered our immune system. To start, make sure that on a daily basis you eat correctly, exercise some, stay hydrated and above all get normal amounts of sleep. More tips to follow!

At this time with so much uncertainty it is very important that you follow a healthy daily routine. Wake up early, exercise, eat healthy foods, hydrate, and go to bed on time. But the most important daily ritual you should have is to be grateful for the time you are getting to reconnect with your family.

Make it a habit to tell people thank you. To express your appreciation, sincerely and without the expectation of anything in return. Truly appreciate those around you, and you'll soon find many others around you. Truly appreciate life, and you'll find that you have more of it. This holds so true today. Express your gratitude to the doctors, nurses, hospital staff members, policemen, fireman, paramedics, grocery store workers, pharmacy workers, and all those people that are out there working today so that you can stay home and be safe. To all of you I say “THANK YOU AND BE SAFE”!
