Today we attended the Resource Hub at the EmpowerUs Summit, hosted by the Womxn's Center for Success at UC Irvine. We had the opportunity to share information about Mariposa and connect with other amazing resources in the county!

Today our team was representing Mariposa at the monthly PACT meeting for individuals who are newly paroled. These meetings allow us to connect face-to-face, share information about our Enhanced Care Management Program, and remind participants that there are organizations in the community ready and willing to support their success. We are grateful for every opportunity to build connections, provide resources, and walk alongside individuals as they begin new chapters.
