Hi peeps! We are still in the running in the Top 10 for our group and we dropped down to #8 with voting for this round ending tonight at 6pm. Yikes! If we win, the entire 20K will be invested in our 501c3 non-profit, SunSpark Yoga Outreach, to create opportunity for people to experience the transformative practice of yoga and to become yoga instructors regardless of their economic or social status. We aim to offer scholarships for our Yoga Alliance 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program, low cost monthly memberships, affordable community classes, and outreach classes to local recovery centers. Votes are free but if you wanted to donate, money goes to LA Regional Food Bank and Oceana. Thanks so much!!!

Hi SunSpark Yoga peeps! We are still in the running, now for the top 10! Are we America's Favorite Couple? We don't know. We are our each other's favorite second person. We feel extremely weird promoting this. We are not much for competitions. But, we are doing this for a good cause - to fund our non-profit, SunSpark Yoga Outreach, that will provide low cost yoga memberships, scholarships for yoga teacher training and opportunites for outreach classes to local recovery centers. Oh, and this picture? This is when Ernie proposed to Stacey in Costa Rica with a volcanic ring from the gift shop. Obviously, she said yes ;)

In this heart-led workshop, we’ll explore chair yoga and other accessible practices designed to support you just as you are. With the help of props, breath, and compassionate movement, we’ll create space to move, rest, and reconnect, all at your own pace and in your own way.
 
This is a class where all are truly welcome. A space to feel strong, beautiful, and grounded in your body. A time to remember that yoga doesn’t have to look a certain way to be powerful and healing.

We did a thing! Ernie and Stacey joined the America's Favorite Couple competition. What!?! I know, why? Strangers and friends alike praise our loving partnership which is really just our natural day-to-day relationship. We are kinda the same person, just different. Same, but different, you know what I mean! We just BE. And allow each other to JUST BE.

But, enough about us. The main reason we entered this competition is to provide initial funding for our 501c3 Non-Profit, SunSpark Yoga Outreach. With the $20k prize, we will be able to create opportunity for individuals to experience the transformative practice of yoga and to become yoga teachers regardless of their economic or social status, by offering scholarships to our 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training program, low cost monthly memberships, affordable community classes and outreach classes to local recovery centers. THAT is the reason we joined. As a student of mine recently shared, "By helping others, we help ourselves, and by helping ourselves, we help others."
