Today welcomes the first Full Moon of 2026—and the second-to-last Full Moon of this Lunar Year. We’ll officially greet the Lunar New Year on February 17th, so if you’re feeling a little tired or like you haven’t quite found your footing as this calendar year begins, have no fear. There’s still time to gently transition before the new Lunar cycle begins.
Known as the Wolf Moon, this Full Moon calls us back to our instincts—to listen closely to what we truly need and to honor the quiet strength that comes from tending to ourselves during colder, more introspective moments.
This Full Moon reminds us that in order to blaze a trail forward, we must first lay a strong foundation. And to do that, we need to restore ourselves to level ground. From that steady place, we can be revitalized and build back—not just to where we were, but better than ever before.
Happy Cancer Full Moon, loves 🤍
