We’re excited to welcome Sabrina Rios, Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, to our team!

Sabrina understands that being human can feel overwhelming at times. Her goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, safe, and supported—without judgment or pressure. She believes that authenticity in therapy matters, and that when she shows up as her true self, it helps clients feel safe to do the same.

Sabrina works with a wide range of clients, including:
• Children & teens navigating ADHD and anxiety
• Adults struggling with addiction
• Individuals feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck

She uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ERP, and mindfulness to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs—because no two people are the same.

When she’s not in session, you can find Sabrina cuddling her two cats, playing video games, or watching movies—bringing the same warmth and relatability into the therapy space.
