First teach of country girl shake it for me. Hoping to improve this at Thursday’s lesson. We’ll see how many more times I can practice it on the dance floor this weekend! Hoping to learn at least 15 more dances before I leave town for the summer.

Quinoa salad, features, tomato, and cucumber, which are staples of my diet. This keeps with my vegan eating plan and helps me maintain my plant count for the day. I aim for 30 different plants every week and the more variety I can have each day the easier that is to do.

I don’t care if I’m the only one on this dance floor, I’ll never stop requesting this song! The dance is super fun. The lyrics are very cute and I love how it ties me to the Round Up original crew.

Balanced macros. Real food. Simple ingredients. Eating the rainbow. Chopped salad mix, 3/4 cups of quinoa, 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons homemade dressing. That’s my recipe for success in order to keep my guide, micro biome happy with multiple forms of plans as well as my body full with lots and lots of fiber. I can guarantee you you will not be hungry if you eat this for lunch.

With 18 or so songs in every single one of my morning dance classes, and hours of dancing in the bars at night, there’s just no way to have unique songs in both places. Because popular songs are used for choreography in both Jazzercise and the line dance community I am constantly learning two different choreographies to the same song. In the case of Footloose, there’s a version that we do at camp as well! I’m sure in the long run the dancing will help with my cognitive function and my ability to retrieve information that’s been stored for a long period of time, but for now I may still struggle learning some of these line dances when the Jazzercise choreography is so ingrained in my brain! Here’s to many more hours of dancing each week!
