Position for immediate staffing:

CommuniCare is looking for a reliable and responsible female caregiver for a client located in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Client needs assistance with homemaking services and ADLs. Must have ALL required work documents readily available. (List documents)

The schedule is:
⁃ Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9am - 3pm) and;
⁃ Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 2pm
⁃ Total of 29hrs weekly at a rate of $10

Required Documents:
-FL driver's license or FL identification card
-Social security card
-Proof of residency or citizenship
-Physical exams (within the last 6 months, indicating that the registrant is free from all communicable diseases)
-CNA License or HHA Certificate
-Professional liability insurance
-Car registration
-Car insurance
-CEUS (Initial HIV / AIDS, Domestic Violence, HIPPA / Medical Error Prevention Training, Alzheimer's Training, OSHA / Bloodborne Pathogens / HBV / TB Training, Assistance with Self-Medication Training)

CommuniCare Nurse Registry

CommuniCare Healthcare Services Inc. is a for profit sub chapter S corporation registered in the state of Florida April, 2012; providing services in Broward County. It is a family owned and operated company. The company was started due to Ms. Loretta Moore RN, one of the owners’ exasperation with the quality of care that was being provided to patients in their homes and the disconnection the home care industry owners had with the service they were being paid for. Our initial business venture was a Nurse Registry, doing business as (DBA), CommuniCare Nurse Registry. After eight months of planning the registry became a Florida licensed nurse registry August 8, 2013. We hired our first independent contractor in August, 2013 and received the first client in November 2013.
