Quiet
Be mindful of when things seem too quiet. Spirit is always speaking to us in the whispers of the universe. Through the breeze blowing through the trees connecting us to pachamama , mother earth. To the number on your receipt total at the store today. We are constantly being encouraged, directed, and shown the way.

Activity:
• Take out your last receipt
• Find the total ( for example, $3.49)
• Google Angel Number 349
• Find the first description that catches your eye
• Read it, decide. Does this feel like it's for me?
• If not, find another description
• When you have it, you will know immediately as it will spark a light in you and feel connected. ✨️
Go listen to the universe. Let me know what it's saying to you!

Heres mine! The combination of 349 suggests a period of inspired growth where your creative ideas, guided by your intuition and supported by a stable foundation, are ready to be brought to life. This is a sign to trust your personal strength and follow through with your plans.

Discipline
The soul guides wish you to know that discipline is a requirement of spiritual growth.
Creating boundaries in place for your practice to be undisturbed is step 1.

If you lack this ability you likely also lack putting boundaries in place in your life right now.

Today create a space for oneness with your soul team.
• Set a timer for 20 minutes
• Meditate 10 minutes.
• Invite the soul team in for 10 min to blend their energy with yours.
You will create a space where you get to know them and what they feel like and where they vibrate on you regularly.

Last step, when the timer goes off, ask for a message and begin writing what they say.

This builds the pathway between you and them and encourages constant communication from them. They never leave you.

Pro tip: use a high vibe sound in the background.

There will be many distractions in this process, that's the point. Push them away, say no to the thought and redirect your energy to connect to the soul guides. This is discipline. Take your medicine daily, Aho!

Reiki share is back on at Zen Mystery! We had a wonderful time connecting and embracing our natural healing abilities.

Reiki students got to expand their consciousness by working on others and paying attention to the subtle signs and imagery that naturally arise within us while practicing guided techniques.

New comers learned about the chakras and what the heck reiki is, and how it can help! They even had that "I feel something happening" moment! ❤️

We started the day in meditation and ended with reiki glows!
