Mother moon has come, listen to her and she sparks shifts in your heart. We are all connected to something greater than us, we may not be able to see it or understand it but our soyld remembers every time. Shift with the moon, release what is needed.

We dont need to carry what isn't ours. Ask yourself these questions:

1. Does this relationship bring me growth or fear?
2. Do I feel expanded or shrunken?
3. Do I get pulled into emotional traps?

If any of those are yes, it's time to set boundaries and say NO without explaining.

Find your peace and stillness. Don't explain yourself to anyone who isn't listening. Act with kindness, walk away, and allow karma to deal with consequences. You are not here to heal anyone. You are here to grow yourself. ❤️

There are many things out of wack in the world today. You do not have to choose to participate in any of it.

The heart aligns with the desires that are true to it.

The vibration of all things are either a match or filled with dissonance.

The wisdom of the elders says when the disconnect occurs you will know the difference.

As all cycles come and go shift and change you grow larger in your capacity to love and less willing to embrace anything that is not that.

Move forward with grace and peace and you will be met with the same.
