There is a deepening concern about the effects of COVID-19 (Corona Virus) being reported in the media on Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes. Here at Leeward Isle Homes our residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment. At this time we do not have any cases at Leeward Isle Homes and are working diligently to keep it that way. Leeward Isle Homes is closely following all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations and steps to help reduce the potential for the virus to enter our residents home.

Leeward Isle Homes is following the recommendations of the CDC and local authorities regarding visitations. We understand that connecting with family members is incredibly important, and there are a variety of other ways you might consider connecting with them. These may include telephone, email, text, or through Skype or Facebook. Leeward Isle Homes is in close contact with the local and state health department and are following their guidance. The well being of our residents is our number one priority.
