The way they care for others, show up for families, protect children, and pour your hearts into the work they do says so much about the kind of mothers they are. Their patience, compassion, advocacy, warmth, and love extend far beyond sessions, offices, and homes.

Being trusted with other people’s children takes a special kind of heart, and I know that same heart shows up in the way they love and care for their own families too.

What a privileged! At this time, our staff is meeting with the wonderful Jessica Peramo, M.Ed, M.S, CCC-SLP from .up.learning! Training our BCBAs on Gestalt Language Processors was so important to us to help us understand our little ones better and assure our programs align with knowledge!

Being proud of all we do, starts with humbling ourselves to learn from other and expand our knowledge past what we even know we needed to know! If you are an ABA company, I highly recommend contacting .up.learning for a training on Gestalt Language Processors. I don’t know how we make language programs without this wonderful information. Jessica’s enthusiasm makes it easy to digest such complex knowledge and get excited about this information.

Not doing life alone means being there in the hard times but also celebrating the good moments! Sending a CHEERS our RBT’s from our ABA team who received quarterly bonuses for averaging a specific number of hours weekly for the entire quarter. We appreciate all the time, dedication and efforts that they provide to our clients. 🎉
