We are looking for a RN’s and LPN’s with an interest in providing one-on-one care with adult patients in their home in the Broward County area. Must have experience in home health. Desired skill sets include but are not limited to: Excellent patient/home assessment & skilled documentation per MCR guidelines. IV infusion, wound care to include wound vac, Foley catheter, cardiac/respiratory, diabetes assessment and education, medication instruction/compliance program and reconciliation.

We are currently in need of RN's that are available for visits in BROWARD COUNTY. Must have a valid RN/LPN Florida state license along with an updated CPR card. Must have Level 2 clearance, PPD, current physical.

Job Description:
Home Health Care Agency is currently searching for a Part time, Health Information Management File Clerk. Days for this position are Weekday mornings-afternoons-evenings.

Position Summary: Performs multiple clerical functions. Duties include processing discharged patient records, scanning medical information to digital, organizing digital chart database, data entry, scheduling patients, and retrieving and filing medical records.

Qualifications:
Required:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A teamwork approach
• Customer service orientation
• Organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent telephone skills
• Basic computer skills (i.e. experience with data entry)
• 40 words per minute
Entry level $9/hr
