No one wants to live in pain, yet we often prolong the pain by trying to avoid it by any means necessary. We can mask it, numb it, ignore it…do whatever we can to disconnect from the pain and ultimately ourselves and our bodies.

But what if we viewed pain as a catalyst for change? An invitation for transformation. A reminder that what we’re doing now is not going to cut it. That there is MORE intended for YOU and your life.

In all aspects of life, it is often discomfort that breeds growth and freedom..when we acknowledge it, accept it, and move through it. When we are able to stay curious and ask the right questions, we are able to connect more deeply with ourselves.

Wherever you are at, whatever you are experiencing, and for however long… you step into this space exactly when you are supposed to.

Just like when left un-intervened with, a baby comes earth side in perfectly divine timing (never too early and never too late!)

It is common to think “I should have come here earlier” or “I waited too long” but the truth is…YOU are right on time.

We often think that things outside of ourselves will change us.

“If I could just take a vacation, then I could relax”

“Once I meet the right person, I will be happy”

“If this pain goes away, then I will start taking care of myself”

The truth is, TRUE change happens from the inside out. When we prioritize what is important in our lives, the external factors don’t matter as much. If we can’t be present and mindful in our everyday lives, things won’t change much on a vacation. If we do not cultivate our own happiness, we will not be truly happy in any relationship. The same tools and intention we utilize to support our bodies when things don’t feel good, is just as important as when things do feel good.

So focus on YOU and the relationship you have with your SELF and your health. Because wherever you go, you take yourself. Always.

A more comfortable pregnancy, balance & alignment that encourages optimal positioning for baby and the birth process, enhanced internal communication throughout the nervous system for all the processes leading up to and during birth, AND support in healing and adapting to the major physical, chemical, and emotional shifts that occur after birth.

Not every birthing person chooses chiropractic care as a means to support themselves during pregnancy and after….but I’ll be damned if not all birthing people know it is an option 🤷🏼‍♀️
