❓“Does lymphatic drainage hurt?”

❓“Do I have to have lymphedema to get MLD (manual lymphatic drainage)?”

Grateful to be a part of a ME DAY retreat for women today!

the facilitators that showed up and helped us get out of our head and our body was truly inspiring.

These women got to start their day in AMAZING clothes and having an empowering photo shoot 📸

was able to lead the group today on how to open up our lymphatic system
