Not even day one and I’m already in full lymph nerd mode.

I get 2.5 days surrounded by my people at POWER Lymphatics Conference
learning from surgeons, researchers, and clinicians who are pushing lymphatic care forward.

Safe to say… I’m exactly where I belong. 🫶

Soaking it all in so I can bring even better care back to our Lymph Rehab community.

Today is World Lymphedema Day.

A reminder that swelling is information.

Your lymphatic system is always communicating with you.

For many people, lymphedema begins after surgery, cancer treatment, or injury.
Others are born with it.
Yet so many people are never told what to look for.

Awareness is where change begins.

If you’ve ever experienced unexplained swelling, heaviness, or tightness in a limb, you are not imagining it and you are not alone.

Let’s keep the conversation going. 💙

I am still taking it in.

Flow Into Wellness was never just an event. It was a vision I carried quietly last year.
I knew it could support women in our Thriver Program, but I did not yet understand how deeply it would move all of us.

Yesterday, this community gathered for lymphatic movement, breath, meditation, and sound healing.
There was softness. There was strength. There was presence.

And because of that collective generosity, we raised enough to fund 4.5 women through our Thriver Program. That is 13 fully funded lymphatic therapy appointments for women who need real, hands on care.

To those who attended, thank you.
To those who donated from afar, thank you.
To the practitioners who gave their time and talents, thank you.

To our venue sponsor who helped create such a beautiful container for this give back morning, thank you.

This is why Lymph Rehab exists.

To create spaces where healing flows both ways.
With so much gratitude,

This kind of response reminds me why I do this work.

We are craving conversations that go deeper than surface wellness.

Flow matters. Drainage matters. The lymphatic system matters.

Nearly 100 likes and close to 2,000 views in just a few hours tells me this is not a small conversation.

It tells me many of us have felt like something was missing.

Often in session, what begins as swelling or heaviness becomes a much bigger conversation.

As we talk, patterns start to connect. Surgeries. Stress. Scars. Hormones. Grief. Lifestyle.

The body leaves clues.

When you understand the lymphatic system, you start to see the map.

And what once felt random begins to make sense.

Have you ever had that moment where something in your body finally clicked and you thought… why did no one explain this to me before?

You do not have to live with heaviness.
You do not have to normalize swelling.

Swelling is information. A message from your body asking for support, not suppression.

There is a gentle way to care for your system, your scars, and your recovery.

The lymphatic system responds beautifully when we work with it, not against it.

Every session is guided by anatomy, oncology & post-op safety, and deep respect for your body’s story.

This is that work.

I can get completely lost in scars

the way they feel under my fingers,
how the tissue responds when it’s tight or resistant,
and the moment it finally softens and releases. 🌿

Scars aren’t always small
they carry history, healing, and stories in their depth.

Giving them mindful attention can make a profound difference for your body and your lymphatic flow. 💛

Breath is gentle, yet so powerful. 🌿

After her cancer journey
discovered how conscious breathwork could calm her mind, ease her body, and help her feel alive again. 💛

In every lymphatic session I guide, I emphasize the importance of breathing

NOT just for the lymphatic system, but for our nervous system too.

So many of us have forgotten how to simply pause and connect to our bodies.

I feel so grateful that Melissa will guide us through this practice at Flow Into Wellness, sharing something that has quietly changed her life.

Your face holds more than expression
it holds fluid.

Morning puffiness, jaw tension, sinus fullness…
a lymphatic facial gently guides flow, supports natural drainage, and leaves your skin feeling light, clear, and radiant 💛✨

Your body whispers before it shouts.

It might sound like stiffness after sitting.
Fatigue that feels heavier than just being tired.

Getting sick more often than you used to.
These are not random flaws.
They are signals.

The lymphatic system helps regulate fluid balance and supports immune function.

When flow slows, the signs are often subtle at first.

Blocked is a strong word.
Supported is a better one.

When you learn to notice the whispers, you change the outcome before it ever has to shout.

Confession... this one humbles me every time 😝

The hand coordination? Questionable.
The lymphatic benefits? Worth it.

If you’ve ever felt like you need a tutorial just to get your fingers in place, you’re not alone.

It can feel awkward at first. That’s okay. The magic isn’t in perfection. It’s in the slow, steady breath.

Alternate nostril breathing gently shifts pressure through the thoracic cavity, which supports lymphatic return.

So even if your fingers fumble a little, your breath is still doing beautiful work.

Start slow.
Laugh at yourself.
Keep breathing.

Your nervous system and your lymph will thank you.
