Another outstanding collaboration and partnership! Look closely at the photo on the left - studio partner in Arizona? Who could that be??? Yes!!! In the photo to the right it is us!!! The only nonprofit yoga organization in the state of Arizona to partner with Yoga Love magazine! Stay tuned since we will be doing a live IG chat with the executive director shortly after the new year. So blessed to be expanding and growing more collaborations and partnerships! Yoga Love magazine celebrates diversity and accessibility and is the only Latina owned independently published nationally distributed print yoga magazine. Amen!

Wow! This Christmas season keeps getting better each day! Last night was the most phenomenal Christmas yoga class led by Inspiritus Yoga Wholistic Wellness & Training Centers The Retreat Ladies: Inspired Wellness Journeys - the space was so peaceful, incredible live music, Dawn’s teaching is incredible and such fantastic fellowship afterwards. And Bob was wearing a very famous green tshirt HATHA Yoga - Healing At The Hands of Almighty! Love the community we have here. And we also receivedtge most unique gifts to take home. So perfect for prayer during this busy season when it is important for us to slow down and focus on the true importance of Christms - the birtg of our Lord! Enjoy relaxing Dawn - so well deserved - enjoy reading your Christian Yoga Magazine! So blessed this Christmas season.

On Friday night I was honored to be the special featured guest at the Sunflower and Song Christmas Spectacular at Desert Foothills United Methodist Church in Ahwatukee.

So blessed to have the opportunity to talk about the amazing and impactful work we do but I also had the chance to lead the attendees in a beautiful session of breath work and seated chair yoga.

So absolutely blessed.

Fantastic holiday dinner with the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce last night at Nello’s. So much cheer! We had the entire patio filled. We are so blessed to be part of such a wonderful community.
