Our Tucson Community Impact team was proud to be invited by Pima County Justice Services to the Sequential Intercept Model Workshop. The goals of this collaborative workshop are to increase data sharing, response time and coordination of care for people encountering the justice system, and include future plans for a re-entry center, which would be a one stop shop for resources!
We also were called in to serve people whose living spaces were affected by an encampment break-up. Our team directly navigated 3 people into care. A huge thank you to our community partners in Pima County for building a system to help those in need 💜🙏
