Today is International Self-Care Day! This special awareness event encourages self-care practices for overall health and well-being.

Self-Care Day's observance on the 24th of July is significant in that it seeks to emphasize that self-care can be practiced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Eating a healthy diet, participating in physical activity, and looking after your mental health are just a few ways to implement self-care into your daily routine.
