There are plenty of preparations to make prior to labor day!
Knowing your options is the first step in having an amazing, autonomous birth!
1. Environment - minimize talking and interruptions, lighting, music
2. Mobility - changing positions can help move baby into position and off of your tailbone!
3. Hypnosis or guided meditations
4. Breathing
5. Hop in the bath or shower
6. Try using a TENS unit
7. Massage
8. Eat something! You might be hungry from all that work your body is doing!
9. Aromatherapy
