It’s with heavy heart that our beloved Nurse Practitioner Cynthia Aponte has passed away. There are no words to describe this tremendous loss. Cynthia was the type of provider who cared so deeply for her patients and would go above and beyond. She will be missed in the healthcare community as much in the many families that she has helped during her time as a provider or as a friend in need. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family.
