“Get busy living, or get busy dying” is my mantra to live by..Shawshank Redemption ‘94. While I am eligible for aarp and entry into adult active communities as I approach 55, I feel better than I ever have. If I can do it after being busy w/ the chronic stress of taking neurosurgery trauma call for 27 years, you can do it too. If you are a male >40 I will begin working w/ a select group, personally, in a concierge fashion that want to “get busy living” and feel and be their best.
