Sometimes, you just need a moment to breathe...
Not a big meditation session or a full workout—just a few deep, intentional breaths to remind your body (and your heart) that you’re safe.
Here are a couple of simple breath prayers you can try anytime:
✨ Inhale: “Be still” → Exhale: “and know that I am God.”
✨ Inhale: “I cast my cares on You” → Exhale: “for You sustain me.”
It’s a simple way to reset your mind, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with peace—body, mind, and spirit.
