If you find raw veggies are a bit harder on your stomach, start with steamed or roasted as it’s easier for your body to digest.

Dr. Young has a challenge to get at least 30 different types of plants in their diet each week. If you’re at the grocery store this weekend, grab a couple new plants you haven’t eaten in awhile.
