We love taking care of our prenatal patients. Too many times they report that they wished they came in sooner! They don’t always realize the tension they are holding under the surface!

What can chiropractic care help with during pregnancy?

- Round ligament pain
The round ligament supports your growing uterus. As your baby grows, this creates extra tension on the ligaments leaving you feeling pain or discomfort in your abdomen and grown area.

- Low back & Sciatic pain
Your body has to make postural changes to account for your growing baby. This increases inflammation on your spine and the sciatic nerve. Giving you discomfort in the pelvis and potential pain into the seat and legs.

- Heartburn & Acid reflux
Postural changes create increased flexion in your mid back, this creates pressure in your stomach region.
