Mom guilt can be tough, but it's important to be kind to yourself. Remind yourself that you're doing your best, it's okay, and you're worth it. You're not alone in this feeling, many moms have been where you are and have come out the other side. It's okay to not have all the answers, and it's okay to ask for help when you need it. Remember, being a good mom doesn't mean being perfect, it means being present and trying your best. So take a deep breath, give yourself some grace, and know that you're doing better than you think you are. 🤗
