Five years of Palacios Crew Counseling. 🤍

Five years of holding space for individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative seasons.

What started as a vision to create a more compassionate, supportive environment for perinatal mental health has grown into a space rooted in connection, trust, and care. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside so many people through pregnancy, postpartum, grief, transitions, and everything in between.

This work is not just about therapy - it’s about creating a place where you don’t have to have it all together. A place where you can show up as you are, be met with understanding, and feel a little less alone in what you’re carrying.

To our clients, our community, and everyone who has trusted us with their stories - thank you. It is an honor to do this work and to be part of your journey.

And to our team, who bring compassion, presence, and intention into every session - this milestone exists because of you.
