Exciting news! Congratulations to Miracle Williams, LMFT, on becoming a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona! Achieving this milestone required dedication and hard work, this was a marathon not a race!
• Completing at least 3,200 hours of supervised work experience.
• Accumulating at least 1,600 hours of direct client contact, with a minimum of 1,000 hours involving couples and families. 
• Receiving at least 100 hours of clinical supervision during this period. 

Stay tuned for Miracle’s upcoming couples communication workshops and relationship-focused speaking engagements. Her expertise and passion are sure to make a positive impact on many relationships!

BIG Congratulations to Erica McCullough, LMFT! 🎉✨

She is officially FULLY LICENSED! If you didn’t know, becoming a licensed therapist isn’t easy—it’s a journey! Think of it like residency for doctors. Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapists must complete 1,600 hours of client sessions, with 1,000 of those focused on couples & families—this is where the Marriage & Family Therapy specialization comes in. On top of that, they must complete 100 hours of clinical supervision, 50 of which must come from an approved LMFT supervisor. Whew! This path is NOT for the faint of heart!

But Erica did it!

And what makes this even more special? She is the FIRST supervisee from the Fresh Start BIPOC Supervision group to officially complete her hours and earn licensure!
