What are some hobbies/self care you do that bring you joy? Yesterday I gathered these maggot lookin things that were on the patio, which apparently were coming from the compost bin. Today I went through my process of emptying my used Kcups to add in compost. Yes I may have a slight caffeine/ coffee addiction, but at least I'm sort of helping the planet . 🤗🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🌎

NOPE...I DO NOT offer sensual massages. It is not a term we use as a PROFESSIONAL LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST. Also I work regular business hours and will not respond kindly to midnight phone calls asking if I am available in minutes.

Brief intro into me as a LMT:
I have 11 years experience in massage and helping others renew themselves. Received my first license in IL after school, moved to WI obtaining my license, now building my own practice in AZ. I have had my own business, worked in the gym atmosphere, chiropractic, and spa. I tailor treatments to what meets individuals needs from sports injuries, active stretching, stress relief with breathing techniques. There are many benefits in all aspects of one's life.
