It’s been about 5 weeks since I started fermenting my fire cider and now it’s time to drink it in!
You can add 1-2 tablespoons to water and honey, or to juice and drink, or add it to olive oil and make a delicious salad dressing 😋
Great way to support gut health, improve digestion, reduce inflammation, and clear congestion.
