In this short video, I show you 3 techniques for doing just that.
1️⃣Lay flat on your back with your feet up on the wall
This posture hack stretches your posterior chain and resets your pelvis
2️⃣Using a back arch or roller take your spine into extension
This technique allows your spine to stretch and decompress.
3️⃣Pelvic tilt movement
This exercise improves your mind-to-muscle connection, stimulates blood flow and primes the body to perform.
How long❓Do each of these for 30 seconds then progress to 60 seconds as you feel ready.
How often❓You can do these daily or use them as a warm up prior to your workouts
