Why all this personal development work?

So that we can be sovereign humans making choices aligned with our deepest desires.

If anyone out there thinks they are the ones making decisions about their lives and how they even feel about them, they are in for a big surprise.

Majority of these decisions are made by the outdated beliefs, software if you will, created by a still developing psyche that’s unable to think rationally.

That’s why a lot of this work feels like unbecoming, a process in which we have to unlearn certain beliefs and apply new ones. It often feels as if you were pulling a skin layer off - uncomfortable. Yet, once off, it’s liberating and brings clarity to who we are.

So, all this personal growth business, often criticised as navel-gazing or self centred, is a necessary journey to expand our awareness of what’s going on.

Once we know where we are at on the map, we know which way to go…

My practice offers people support and a safe place to be heard. My mission is to support my community by helping people through difficult times with evidenced based scientific interventions. I work with adults from all walks of life to include the LBGTQ community. Psychotherapy is talk therapy, it is not just talking, it is a way of communication that supports you to have breakthroughs and insights which provide more clarity with which to create stability, peace and self confidence to be the best version of you!
