Sometimes the best thing you can do in a stressful moment is to pause, breathe, and give your nervous system a chance to reset.
Whether it’s a deep inhale before responding, a walk around the block, or just a quiet moment to yourself — the pause creates space between reaction and response.

✨ In that space, you find clarity, calm, and control.
