Creating new, healthier habits that last can be a challenge. Setting daily goals and completing them, will help the transition go more smoothly! 🏆
Here are some simple ideas to help get you started:
- Swap out sugary drinks for all natural teas, fresh juice or infused water; feel free to add honey or maple syrup.
- Decrease your coffee intake to 1 serving/day. ☕️
- Remove ALL foods containing artificial colors & flavors. (this ONE is HIGHLY EFFECTIVE for removing junk from your life)☠️☠️
- Eat more fruit — when the sugar cravings kick in, instead of reaching for candy/baked goods, grab a banana, apple, grapes, berries, whatever your favorite fruits may be.🍎🍉🍊🍌🥝🫐🍇
- Swap out salty processed snacks for fresh veggies, like cucumber, carrots, celery etc. — if it’s the salt you crave, try squeezing some lemon or lime juice and sprinkle some sea salt on the veggies. It is satisfying and can help cut those greasy problematic foods from your daily diet. 🥒🥕🥦
