This summer, our team has nominated each other for moments they’ve exemplified the core values we have at Wheeler O&P: grit, excellence, integrity, growth, and greater good. This is what our lead office administrator, Cadi, shared in her nomination:
“I am nominating Denise, who has impressed me from the very beginning of her journey with Wheeler!
Denise embodies all of our core values, but the one that truly stands out is ‘Greater Good.’ Outside of Wheeler, she and her partner, Aaron, regularly volunteer in our community at a dog shelter and different amputee organizations. She has also dedicated her time to the Peace Corps, traveling the world to help others. Denise’s incredible work ethic and her sincere desire to help each patient comes from her core. Denise not only uplifts her patients but also her coworkers with her upbeat attitude and problem-solving skills. She consistently strives to do the right thing and it has been a pleasure to see her thoughtfully work through challenges. I am incredibly grateful for the time I’ve spent working with her and strive to be like her when I grow up!”
