If you’re a runner dealing with persistent pain, this is for you.

Being told to stop running can feel like losing a part of yourself.

No more morning runs.
No more weekly group runs.
No more feeling like yourself.

And yet, stopping isn’t the real solution.

Pain usually doesn’t come from running itself.
It comes from underlying movement or strength issues.
Ignoring them or quitting only delays the fix.

Here’s what actually works:

• Identify what’s really causing your pain
• Correct movement patterns that are overloading your body
• Build the strength and capacity to run long-term without flare-ups

When you address the root cause, you don’t just run pain-free—you run smarter, stronger, and more consistently.

DM “RUN” and we will help you figure out what is actually causing your pain so you can keep running without it coming back.

Never rely on medication alone if you actually want your pain fixed.

This is where a lot of people get frustrated.

You’re in pain… so you go looking for answers.

You expect a plan.
A direction.
Something that actually fixes the problem.

But instead, you get medication.

Something to take the edge off.
Something to “manage” it.

And at first… it helps.

Pain goes down.
Things feel a little better.

But nothing actually changes.

You still can’t move the way you want.
You still feel limited.
And the pain keeps coming back.

So you start wondering:

“Is this all there is?”
“Am I just supposed to live like this?”

Here’s the truth.

Medication doesn’t fix the problem.

It just masks the symptoms.

It doesn’t address:

• How your body moves
• Where you’re compensating
• What your body actually can’t handle

So the root issue stays the same.

That’s why the pain keeps returning.

Real change happens when you:

• Identify the actual cause
• Improve how your body moves
• Build strength and capacity over time

Because your body doesn’t need more temporary relief.

It needs to become more capable.

Apply for a free movement assessment through the link in our bio and we will show you what is actually causing your pain and how to fix it without relying on temporary relief.

Never take pain advice from someone who hasn’t fixed their own.

This is how a lot of people get stuck.

You ask a friend.
You try what worked for someone else.
You follow random tips online.

Stretch this.
Strengthen that.
Avoid this movement.

And for a little while… it feels like it might help.

But then the pain comes back.

So you try something else.

And over time, it turns into guesswork.

No clear plan.
No real progress.
Just frustration.

“Why isn’t anything working?”
“What am I actually supposed to do?”

Here’s the problem.

Most of that advice isn’t built for you.

It’s based on someone else’s body,
someone else’s issue,
or someone who never fully fixed their pain in the first place.

So you keep cycling through things…
without ever addressing the real cause.

That’s why it doesn’t stick.

Real progress starts with clarity.

Understanding:

• What’s actually causing your pain
• How your body moves and compensates
• What you specifically need to improve

Then building a plan that progresses with you.

Not random exercises.
Not guesswork.

A clear path forward.

DM “PAIN” and we will help you figure out what is actually causing your pain and what to do next to fix it.

Never rely on rest if you’re dealing with back pain…

You might only feel it once in a while.
A bit of tightness.
A small ache after workouts.

But over time…

You start modifying movements.
Skipping lifts.
Avoiding things you used to enjoy.

And eventually, it’s not just about your back anymore.

It’s the frustration of not trusting your body.
The fear that this might not go away.
The thought of becoming someone who “used to be active.”

Here’s the problem most people never realize:

Rest, adjustments, and random exercises
don’t fix back pain long-term
because they don’t address why it started in the first place.

That’s why it keeps coming back.

At CAN-AM, we take a different approach.

We don’t just treat pain.
We assess how your body moves,
identify the root cause,
and build a plan that gets you back to training
— without guessing.

Because the goal isn’t just “no pain.”

It’s confidence.
It’s showing up to your workouts again.
It’s knowing your body won’t hold you back.

We’re hosting a Low Back Pain Workshop with
where you’ll finally understand:

• Why your back pain hasn’t gone away
• What most treatments miss
• What to actually do moving forward

We’re also doing limited 1-on-1 assessments during the session.

Only 20 spots available.

Never accept “it’s just aging” as the reason for your pain.

This is one of the most common things people get told.

“You’re just getting older.”
“Things are going to hurt.”
“You should probably slow down.”

So you do.

You avoid certain lifts.
You stop pushing yourself.
You start working around the pain.

And over time… your world gets smaller.

Less movement.
Less confidence.
More frustration.

Until you start thinking:

“Is this just how it’s going to be now?”

Here’s the truth.

It’s usually not your age.

It’s what your body has (or hasn’t) been prepared for.

Years of:

• Avoiding movement
• Only chasing temporary relief
• Never building real strength and capacity

That’s what leads to pain sticking around.

Because your body adapts to what you give it.

If you don’t challenge it… it becomes less capable.

But the good news?

That process can be reversed.

When you start:

• Moving with intention
• Building strength through full ranges
• Progressively loading your body

You don’t just “manage” pain.

You change what your body is capable of.

And that’s when things start to feel different.

More confidence.
More freedom.
More control over how you move and train.

DM “AGE” to find out why your pain isn’t just from getting older and what you can do to start moving and training without pain again.

How our 52-year-old patient went from 20+ years of pain to finally training without limitations.

For over two decades, he stayed consistent.

He worked out.
He took care of himself.
He kept showing up.

But his body never fully kept up with him.

Low back pain that never fully went away.
A knee that never felt the same after surgery.

Squats didn’t feel right.
Lunges were limited.
Progress always felt capped.

No matter how much effort he put in…
there was always something holding him back.

And that’s the frustrating part.

Because it makes you start to wonder:

“Is this just as good as it gets?”
“Did I miss my chance to really reach my potential?”

He had already tried everything most people do.

Chiropractic care.
Traditional PT.
Different programs over the years.

Some things helped… temporarily.

But nothing actually stuck.

Because most of those approaches focused on:

• Short-term relief
• Isolated exercises
• Treating symptoms, not the system

So the real limitations never changed.

That’s where we did things differently.

We looked at how his body actually moved.

Where he lacked control.
Where he was compensating.
What his body couldn’t handle under load.

Then we built a plan around that.

Not random exercises.

But a progressive, strength-based approach that:

• Restored proper movement patterns
• Built strength through full ranges
• Increased his overall capacity to train

Step by step, things started to shift.

Movements felt smoother.
Positions felt stronger.
Confidence started to come back.

And for the first time in years…

He wasn’t just working around pain.

He was actually progressing again.

That’s the difference.

When you stop chasing temporary fixes…
and start rebuilding your body the right way…

you unlock what’s been missing the whole time.

DM “STRONG” to learn how we can help you rebuild your body and finally reach your true potential.

How our patient went from severe knee pain to moving stronger than before.

When she came in, stairs were a problem.

Every step hurt.
Work became harder.
And she started wondering if this was just her new normal.

She had already tried rehab.

Bands.
Basic exercises.
The same sheet everyone gets.

She stayed consistent… but nothing changed.

That’s where most programs fall short.

They don’t build real strength or capacity.

They don’t look at how your body moves under load.
And they don’t progress you in a way that actually prepares you for real life.

So the pain stays.

We did things differently.

We assessed how her knee handled movement under real demands…
then built a plan to:

• Improve movement control
• Strengthen through full ranges
• Gradually load the knee over time

That’s when things shifted.

Stairs got easier.
Pain decreased.
Confidence came back.

And eventually…

She wasn’t just out of pain —
she was stronger than before it started.

Because the goal isn’t just relief.

It’s building a body that can actually handle your life.

If your rehab program is the same sheet of band exercises every week… it’s probably not fixing the real problem.

A lot of people with persistent pain have the same experience.

They start rehab.
They’re given a printed sheet.

A few band exercises.
A few stretches.
Maybe a couple balance drills.

They follow the plan.

Week after week.

But nothing really changes.

Pain still shows up during workouts.
Certain movements still feel limited.
Progress feels stuck.

That’s when frustration starts building.

“Why am I doing all this work if nothing is improving?”
“Is this just something I’m going to deal with forever?”

Here’s the issue.

Most cookie-cutter rehab programs are built around generic exercises.

But pain rarely comes from a generic problem.

It usually comes from a specific combination of:

• Movement limitations
• Strength deficits
• Poor load tolerance
• Compensation patterns

If those things are never identified, the program can’t truly address the cause.

You end up repeating exercises that don’t change the way your body actually moves.

Real rehab looks different.

It starts with a thorough movement assessment to identify what your body specifically needs.

Then the program progresses intentionally so your strength, mobility, and capacity actually improve.

Because the goal isn’t to keep you busy.

The goal is to create lasting results.

Apply for a free movement assessment through the link in our bio and we will show you what your previous rehab program likely missed.

After 30+ years of intense training and multiple knee injections, this patient thought their workouts might be over.

For decades, training was part of their identity.

Heavy lifts.
Hard workouts.
Pushing their limits in the gym.

But over time, the knees started pushing back.

It began as soreness after workouts.

Then stiffness during training.

Eventually the pain started interfering with movements that used to feel automatic.

So like many active adults, they looked for ways to keep going.

Cortisone injections.
PRP treatments.

Each time the injections helped for a while.

Pain calmed down.
Workouts resumed.

But the relief never truly lasted.

Because while injections can reduce symptoms, they don’t rebuild what the joint actually needs to tolerate training.

Over time, the cycle repeated.

Pain returns.
Another injection.
Temporary relief.

Until eventually, even that wasn’t enough.

The knees simply couldn’t tolerate the load anymore.

And that’s when the bigger fear appeared.

“Is this the end of training the way I love?”

For someone who has built their life around movement, that thought hits hard.

But here’s the reality most people never hear.

The real issue usually isn’t that the joint is “worn out.”

It’s that the joint has lost capacity.

Years of pain, compensation, and symptom-based treatment often mean the knee is no longer prepared to handle the forces training places on it.

The solution is not simply calming pain.

It’s rebuilding the system that supports the knee.

That means focusing on:

• Movement fundamentals
• Progressive strength development
• Joint stability and control
• Gradually increasing load tolerance

When those pieces are rebuilt, something important happens.

The knee stops feeling fragile.

It becomes capable again.

Training becomes possible again.

And the workouts that once felt like they might be gone for good start to come back.

Because longevity in training isn’t about avoiding load.

It’s about building the capacity to handle it.
