Healthy habits don’t have to be complicated.

In a recent GQ feature, Brandon Postel, PT, DPT, OCS and Clinic Director at ATI, shares how simple stretching and brief movement breaks can help maintain joint range of motion, keep soft tissues adaptable, and reduce the stiffness that tends to build up with age or long periods of sitting.

Even a few minutes of movement woven into your day can support comfort, alertness, and mobility over time.

If pain or stiffness is limiting your movement, an ATI clinician can help build a plan that starts where you are.

Lower back pain and long workdays often go hand in hand.

In a recent piece from LA Weekly, our VP of Clinical Development Tom Denninger, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT explains how staying in the same position for too long can cause the tissues in your spine to stiffen and lose hydration, making your back feel tight and less resilient.

The good news: small, intentional movement breaks during the day can start to change how your back feels!

If lower back pain is making work or daily life harder, an ATI physical therapist can help create a plan that fits your routine.

Everything really is bigger in Texas 🤠⭐️
This year, we’re proud to celebrate 10 years of ATI Physical Therapy in Texas and the growth has been nothing short of remarkable.

Over the past decade, ATI has grown from treating 140 patients a day to now serving more than 3,000 patients daily across the state. That progress didn’t happen by chance, it was built on a strong foundation of culture, purpose, and great people who are deeply committed to the communities they serve.

Today, ATI is proud to call Texas home to 85 locations, with 20+ new clinics opening this year and even more growth on the horizon in the years ahead.

If your pain feels different from one day to the next, it can be confusing and frustrating. Some days it feels intense, other days it backs off, and it is hard to know what that means.

Pain is your body’s warning system, and that system can be influenced by stress, sleep, activity level, and how much you are sitting or standing.

Physical therapy can help you understand what is behind those changes and what you can safely do to move forward. At ATI, your clinician will look at your symptoms, how you move, and what matters most in your day, then builds a plan that meets your unique needs.

If pain or stiffness is limiting what you do, request an appointment at an ATI clinic near you and take the next step toward clarity and confidence: https://www.atipt.com/find-a-location/

Your workout routine can do more for your brain than you might realize.

In a recent feature from EatingWell, ATI’s District Director Jonathan M. Kirsch, PT, D.P.T, CMPT explains how consistent moderate to higher intensity exercise triggers hormones that support thinking, memory, and mood. Over time, those hormones can help protect brain health while easing stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression.

His advice is simple: the most effective exercise is the one you enjoy and can stick with, whether that is walking, cycling, strength training, or your favorite class.
